Not too sure how this pertains to Web 2.0, but Vanessa posted the site and I've been laughing at this email response to the email directly under it on the same page. Both written by "Greg". The gmail screen shot is the initial email and the email response is the best reason I've seen in a long time to proofread emails before hitting send:
